Order Finalization & 50% Advance: When you finalize your piece specifications, we collect a 50% advance deposit to secure precious metals and start 3D CAD modeling.
Live Video Call Updates: We show you the whole creation process live via WhatsApp video calls — from CAD approval to casting and 40x stone setting.
Completion Confirmation & Tracking ID: Once you inspect and confirm the completed piece live on video, we generate and provide your courier tracking ID.
Final 50% Payment & Dispatch: At that time, you pay the remaining 50% balance, and your insured parcel is immediately handed over for express air dispatch.

Live Video Call Inspection & Real-Time Tracking

Every client inspects their exact piece on video under 40x magnification with diamond tester verification before final payment. Once verified, real-time tracking numbers and flight updates are sent straight to your WhatsApp and email.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

All sales are final. Because many of our pieces are made to order especially for you with customized dimensions and stone settings, we do not offer returns or exchanges. We want you to buy with total confidence, so our concierge team is available 24/7 on WhatsApp to confirm sizing and specifications before you place your order.
